Dr. Vivek Baliga

Dr Vivek Baliga is a consultant in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at Baliga Diagnostics. He has a special interest is cardiovascular disease and diabetes. After completing his MBBS from Manipal University, he proceeded to the United Kingdom where he completed his postgraduate medical training and research and registrar training in Cardiology and Internal Medicine. He then completed an MBA from the University of Phoenix in the United States.In a recent online competition on echocardiography held by a team from University of Vienna, Dr. Vivek Baliga was declared one of the winners and secured a diploma certificate in echocardiography. He is the current secretary for the Karnataka chapter of the Indian academy of Echocardiography. Dr. Vivek Baliga has a special interest in the management of heart failure and diabetes. He currently practices full time at Baliga Diagnostics Pvt Ltd in Bangalore of which he is the Co-director. He is also the proprietor owner of heartsense, a patient information initiative.
